Physical Therapy- Initial Evaluation

60-minute evaluation 1-on-1 where we take a deep dive into your injury and medical history to determine a plan of action.
Physical Therapy Follow Up Package
$475 for 5 visits
Five 60-minute 1-on-1 followup appointments to continue the plan laid out through the initial evaluation. This can include myofascial decompression (cupping), IASTM, and normatec, at no additional cost.
*Must have an initial evaluation prior to follow up visit.

30 Minute Tune Up

The option is for those that want extra body work. This can include myofascial decompression (cupping), IASTM, and other muscle work.

Normatec Recovery Session

Do your legs need a little extra TLC after a hard week of workouts or practice? Come utilize our normatec leg compression system to improve blood flow, lessen lactic acid buildup, and get your legs ready for more work!
